3. This platform's servers are deployed overseas and serve users worldwide; users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

2. Users must keep accounts, passwords, and API Keys secure; sharing, selling, or renting accounts or API access is prohibited. All activities under an account are the user's sole responsibility.
3. Users must not use this platform for illegal, violating, infringing, attacking, harassing, or network security-threatening activities.
4. Users must not maliciously high-frequency call, abuse APIs, attack servers, or scrape resources; the platform may ban accounts for such violations.
1. This platform uses prepaid, plan-based, and pay-as-you-go billing. Paying for services constitutes agreement to current pricing and service rules.
2. Refund requests due to user reasons (accidental purchase, unwillingness, unfamiliarity, operational mistakes, etc.) will not be honored.
3. If service is unavailable for extended periods due to platform issues, the platform may provide compensation or refunds based on实际情况.
4. Purchased plans, credits, or expired validity periods not fully used are forfeited; no extension or refund will be provided.

2. Users bear responsibility for the legality and compliance of submitted data, including but not limited to data cross-border transfer and privacy compliance.
3. The platform provides only technical API services and does not assume legal liability for user input or generated content.
The platform collects, uses, and stores user information strictly per the Privacy Policy. Using the service constitutes agreement to the platform's privacy policy.
1. The platform does not guarantee 100% API availability or zero latency. The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by network fluctuations, third-party model service abnormalities, maintenance upgrades, or force majeure.

1. Users violating these terms, abusing services, or illegal usage may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or banning of accounts without refunds.

2. Regulations of the data source and usage locations;
3. Cross-border data transmission and storage compliance requirements.
All fines, penalties, and compensation arising from non-compliant usage are borne by the user.
